Display Your Club Project in the House of Friendship!
The House of Friendship provides a display area for clubs who want to share information about a project in order to find partnering clubs and inspire others. The House of Friendship displays will be in a portion of the main ballroom on Saturday, May 11th at the Victoria Conference Centre, giving all attendees a chance to visit each table throughout the day and during social times. The social prior to the Celebration dinner will be held in the House of Friendship.

We invite you to fill out the House of Friendship Request Form if you would like to be considered for display space. Because we have limited space, we are asking you to submit your form no later than April 5, 2019 so our selection committee can select the displays that best represent the diversity of our District.  
 
Display Information

There is no cost for display space. We do require that a minimum of three people from the requesting club register to attend the conference and are available to take turns manning the display table at the appropriate times. 

Each display area can be set-up with a six-foot table and white linen.  Any AV needs including laptops, monitors, extension/power cords, etc. must be supplied by the club setting up the display.  Wifi will be available and the code can be provided to you during set-up.
 
Set-up and Tear Down
Set-up will occur on Saturday  May 11th starting at 6:00 am. Display materials can be removed Saturday evening following the Celebration Dinner.
